its not an old story, but an ongoing one with new layers of drama involved. Its kinda humorous, but kinda sad at the same time.
Megadeth vs the world.
Always see Dave, not being able to keep the name Metallica out of his mouth. Well it gets him press and keeps his band in the media, so is it ultimately a plan overall that he knows people will pick up on the stories if he keeps talking about them.
But… to add new layers of complications and drama to everything, Kings of Thrash, Dave Ellfeson and Jeff Young. They keep name dropping  Megadeth, which keeps them relevant in the media. I saw a headline that Jeff stated Dave cannot play or sing early Megadeth Material. Of course news sites will pick up on that.
Anyhow, its a circus, and it makes me laugh, if you are seeing these stories perhaps you will as well
