I dont walk my dog enough these days. Poor puppy. I would love to do more, life is chaotic. I was making my coffee and thinking we cold head out on a nice stroll through the forest this afternoon, then I remembered I have a telephone meeting at 2pm. As well there are other obligations I have to complete prior to this meeting. Looks like it will be an after dinner stroll around. the neighbourhood, again
Yesterday, I coined a term for our dinner. Squack and Cheese. Google does not yield anything. Its pureed squash mixed into Mac and Cheese. It was really awesome, it was made with an acorn squash. Yum.
