One Week today this tremendous concert rolls into Toronto.
Pretty damn excited to be a part of this, and this will mark Inertia’s first venture into History.
When I was a teenager never would I have dreamed that one day I wold be booking concerts with some of these bands, such as Anthrax. My first time seeing them in concert was upstairs at the el Mocambo, July of 1987, 35 years ago. The Among The Living tour. It was really insane. Packed and a sweatbox. Who knows, maybe 600 people crammed into this little club. I was 17yrs old, it was a 19+ event. I bullshitted my way in. It worked. Ah, the good old days.
I booked Joey Belladonna a couple times solo, amazing concerts full of Anthrax songs and other various covers. Sparsely attended, but awesome to host regardless. And since then, have been fortunate to have booked Anthrax twice already.
BLS is always awesome in concert as well, Zack is an incredible shredder and the whole band is really awesome as well, and pretty excited to see my old friends in Hatebreed as well. Did anyone see the cover ov Bonded by Blood I posted on the Facebook event?
This show is closing in on sell out, and will be a killer night, hope you see you all there!
