‘tonight thank God it’s them instead of you’ the line sounds pretty callous. Do they Know Its Christmas so bad they although it is apparently misunderstood, they changed the lyric in 2014, to “Tonight we’re reaching out and touching you.” And Bono  returned to sing the new lyric. Do they know its Christmas – New  I would always think how horrible that lyric was. But truth be told, it was placed based on the mindset of the general public, thinking that way. ‘At least its not me’ etc. Pretty shitty, but true.
